People over 45 years old have different fitness needs than those who are younger.  Boomer Fitness has the answer.  We provide classes that are gentle on the joints.  Programs are designed to create healthy bodies while minimizing injuries and working within the limitations that individuals have as a result of age or infirmity.

We have adapted elements of aerobics, weight training, yoga, and tai chi to help tone bodies, invigorate the system, and improve intellectual functions.  We can also add self defense techniques for safety.
